Carlos Leyva is a versatile Cuban musician and music educator with a strong background in saxophone, clarinet, piano and guitar. A graduate of the José María Ochoa Conservatory and currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Music at the University of the Arts in Havana, Carlos has over 10 years of experience performing and teaching music across Cuba, Egypt, the Maldives, and Bahrain.
He has served as a music teacher in prestigious Cuban institutions, including the Raúl Gómez García Art School and the Regional Academy of Culture, where he taught piano, clarinet, and saxophone. In addition to his academic teaching roles, Carlos has provided private lessons in music theory and instrumental practice to students of various ages and nationalities, adapting his methods to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
Carlos is also an experienced soloist and band member, performing in renowned venues and hotels throughout the Middle East. Known for his responsibility, adaptability, and team spirit, he is passionate about both music education and live performance, continuously seeking to share his knowledge and love for music with audiences and students alike.
